Weekend Workshops for Students
Our weekend workshops give students an intensive, engaging introduction to the basics of job readiness. These short-format sessions cover resume writing, interview preparation, and effective communication, giving students a confidence boost without a long-term commitment.
Employment Readiness Workshops
Our flagship four-week, eight-session program builds five core skill areas: time management, self-motivation, attention to detail, communication, and leadership. Participants leave with a completed resume, a portfolio, and a Work Readiness Workshop certificate.
1-on-1 Customized Employment Support
Our personalized employment support service offers individualized attention to help job seekers navigate their career paths. Tailored to meet each individual's unique needs, this service includes career counseling, job search assistance, resume and cover letter development, and interview preparation. Our dedicated team works closely with individuals to identify their strengths, set realistic career goals, and devise a strategic plan to achieve them.
Work-Based Learning
Our Phase 2 program moves students from the classroom into real workplace settings. Job shadowing, mock interviews, and employer site visits give students hands-on exposure to the workplace before they ever apply for a job.
Additional Services
The journey to employment readiness extends beyond our core programs. These à la carte services can be added to any engagement, and we also offer Train-the-Trainer Workshops that equip district staff to deliver our curriculum directly, extending our reach without extending our schedule.
Travel Training
For participants who need support getting to and from work independently, our travel training service builds confidence using public transportation, ride services, and other transit options in their community.
Job Development
Through our job development service, we assist in identifying suitable career opportunities that match your skills and aspirations. We work closely with employers to create roles that fit our participants, ensuring a seamless integration into the workforce.
Job Placement
Our job placement service connects qualified individuals with meaningful employment opportunities. By leveraging our extensive network of employers, we aim to find the perfect match between our participants and potential job roles, facilitating successful employment outcomes.
Personal Branding
We help participants put their best foot forward with a polished personal brand, from an updated LinkedIn profile and professional headshot to a clear elevator pitch they can use in interviews and networking conversations.
Job Coaching & Long-Term Follow-Along
We believe in supporting participants well beyond their first day on the job. Our job coaching and follow-along service provides up to three months of ongoing support after placement, helping ensure lasting employment success and room to grow.
